About Us

Originally founded in 1978 as a consulting company serving the greater Oklahoma and Texas regions, Western Water Consultants built a reputation as an authority in the HVAC water treatment community. As facility operations changed and more technical work moved from in-house personnel to outside contractors, Water Consultants of Texas was rebranded and expanded with those changes. What began as a consulting operation grew into a full-service water treatment company, and over the years our capabilities have continued to expand into testing, troubleshooting, disinfection, water quality management, and other specialized water services.

Our growth has largely come through word of mouth and long-term relationships. We believe that comes from taking the time to understand how a system actually works instead of simply treating the symptom in front of us. Water systems do not operate in isolation, and problems are often influenced by equipment, controls, mechanical work, operating practices, or other contractors. We try to look at the entire picture, even when the problem extends beyond the original reason we were called.

We also believe an informed customer is a better customer. Our goal is not just to correct a problem, but to explain what happened, why it happened, and how the different parts of the system affect one another. We would rather help a customer prevent the next problem than continually return to repair the same one.

Water Consultants of Texas serves a wide variety of facilities, from some of the largest and most complex properties to much smaller operations. Regardless of the size of the customer, our philosophy remains the same: provide practical solutions, recommend what is actually needed, and never sell something simply because we can.

As the needs of our customers have expanded, so have we. Today our work reaches well beyond traditional HVAC water treatment into testing, consulting, disinfection, water management, water quality services, and other specialized areas. The services may continue to change, but the way we approach the work has not.
