Closed Loops

Closed heating and chilled-water loops are designed to operate with very little make-up water, which is one reason they are often overlooked. Small leaks, untreated additions, corrosion, suspended solids, or improper chemistry can slowly create problems that remain hidden until equipment performance is affected.

We test and treat closed loops to control corrosion and deposits while maintaining proper system chemistry. We also look for changes in water quality that may indicate leaks, contamination, excessive make-up, or other mechanical problems.
